If you contact us by phone or email outside of a formal assignment submission, we may retain your name and contact information to respond to your inquiry.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted with a repossession assignment is used solely to fulfill that assignment. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Locate the debtor and collateral
  • Conduct skip tracing when required
  • Coordinate recovery operations

Debtor Information

Ace Recovery collects information about debtors as part of the repossession assignment process.
